The cultural rot has been around for decades... called 'Progressivism'. The brave new world where government knows what you need better than you do... just obey and all will be well.
A bailout to cover the tracks of the Congresscritters who caused a mess they don't want to end and don't want to be accountable for and all the money in the world will not fix that mess until they get rid of it completely.
