My Hand

This is my elderly, wrinkled right hand.

In America now, this is my elderly, wrinkled right hand gripping freedom.

Where is your freedom?

  1. That, by the by, is an early 70s-era S&W 6.5" Model 29. Rosewood replaced by Hogue.

  7. Colt Model 1911 in .45 or S&W Model 66 in .38/.357 - best home defense that I can think of except for a 12-gauge pump...

  8. This is 'freedom' to you, eh? Sorry for you. That's right, you teabagger type keep the threat of violence alive cause you got. No. Ideas.

  9. A lovely piece of artwork, both image and what is imaged.

As a citizen I have no fear of other armed citizens. The right of self-defense from Nature and savage man is absolute and the gulf between determining your own fate or being enslaved is the one the citizen enforces for himself. Only those who fear citizens will fear weapons for self-defense. Their fear enslaves them and drives them from the bosom of civil conduct and treating their fellow man with resepect.

How unfortunate is the fate of savage man who steps from the path of civility and civilization. How awful it is when done consciously to become a slave to one's fears. I have no fear of civilized man gone savage with hatred of his fellow man... only pity.
