(in-ep-toc'-ra-cy) - a system of government where the least capable to lead are elected by the least capable of producing, and where the members of society least likely to sustain themselves or succeed, are rewarded with goods and services paid for by the confiscated wealth of a diminishing number of producers.

Pelosi Knows More Than The Pope And The Entire Catholic Church

Nancy Pelosi actually sold 2,732 copies of her new book, Know Your Power (which rates a consistent 1 of 5 stars in pretty much all 149 reviews on Left-leaning Amazon). This is called a clue.

Interviewed by Tom Brokaw on this past Sunday's Meet The Press, Speaker Pelosi was nothing more than a simpering, pandering, psychotic sycophant for Barack Hussein Obama. And a bald-faced liar:

BROKAW: Senator Obama saying the question of when life begins is above his pay grade, whether you’re looking at it scientifically or theologically. If he were to come to you and say, "Help me out here, Madame Speaker, when does life begin?" what would you tell him?

NANCY PELOSI: I would say that, as an ardent practicing Catholic, this is an issue that I have studied for a long time. And what I know is, over the centuries, the doctors of the Church have not been able to make that definition. And St. Augustine said at three months. We don’t know. The point is, is that it shouldn’t have impact on a woman’s right to choose. Roe v. Wade talks about very clear definitions of when the child, first trimester, certain considerations second trimester, not so third trimester, there’s very clear distinct, this isn’t about abortion on demand, it’s about a careful, careful consideration of all factors that a woman has to make with her doctor and her God. And so I don’t think anybody can tell you when life begins, human life begins. As a say, Catholic Church, for centuries, has been discussing this, and there are those who have decided-

A poll please: all those who believe that the Catholic Church holds to any belief other than "life begins at conception" and has held to this belief since the inception of the church? Raise your hand?

Anyone?

Yes. Speaker Nancy Pelosi actually thinks you are that stupid, and so will lie to your face. And she claims to be a Catholic, solely to hold the water for Barack Hussein Obama?

Amazon deleted the first of over 200 bad reviews on this book, and what your seeing is the balance. LP did a post on it... If they would have kept them all, her sales would have probably been half of that...

A portion of the response by Denver +Charles J. Chaput, O.F.M. Cap. Archbishop of Denver +James D. Conley, Auxiliary Bishop of Denver:

"Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi is a gifted public servant of strong convictions and many professional skills. Regrettably, knowledge of Catholic history and teaching does not seem to be one of them."

Also: "The duty of the Church and other religious communities is moral witness. The duty of the state and its officials is to serve the common good, which is always rooted in moral truth. A proper understanding of the "separation of Church and state" does not imply a separation of faith from political life. But of course, it's always important to know what our faith actually teaches."

I'm not Catholic nor do I pretend to be any sort of biblical scholar, but even a moron such as myself has a bit of idea what the Catholic Church thinks about the point of life's creation.

More like, "I will not serve."

Speaker Pelosi affirms with each reception of the Holy Eucharist that she accepts the teaching of the Catholic Church that includes paragraph 2270 in its Catechism, "Human life must be respected from the moment of conception. From the first moment of his existence, a human being must be recognized as having the rights of a person - among which is the inviolable right of every innocent being to life."

By the way paragraph 2271 shows a lack of nuance, "Since the first century the Church has affirmed the moral evil of every procured abortion." It goes on. Look it up if you like.

The local ordinary in Denver did his duty in response to Speaker Pelosi, http://www.americanpapist.com/blog.html.

Have a look.

What kind of person would hold to those views and then attend mass with any kind of a conscience?

I was raised in the Catholic Church and their position on abortion is the ONLY position I agree with them on...

And to the best of MY knowledge the belief that life begins at conception is, and always has been the general consensus...

Ya might want to check with folks that are more current in their knowledge of that group of idolators and pedophiles but that was my understanding 36 years ago when I walked OUT of the RCC and never looked back...

Patooey!!

Fred, The "idolaters and pedophiles" since 36 years ago and further back than that have been sued, prosecuted, suffered, incarcerated and been murdered in prison. A few are on the lam and separated by competent authority from the Church. The Catholic dioceses where they abused their trust have paid dearly to the point of selling facilities and closing long term ministries that civil or secular efforts have yet to fulfill.

Many millions, perhaps billions, of dollars were paid in punitive and compensatory damages. The Church still did not shirk its burden in paying. A few dioceses went backrupt.

The Catholic Church in California was subjected to ex post facto legislation (Any help from constitutional scholars here?) relaxing statutes of limitations enacted by our state so that even more money damages could be extracted.

Two popes have condemned and apologized for abuse in the most public and overt ways.

Real contrition, penance, atonement and reparation have been made. Why, now, do you stay away?

I guess she thinks that the Catholic Church believes whatever she wants it to believe.

A couple of weeks ago I posted that video about the nurse talking about that poor infant who was left to die. It's horrible and that's an uderstatement.

Pelosi is the Madam of the House. With her in charge it may as well be a cat house. At least it would accomplish something for some people!

Pelosi is a sick witch. I wonder if the Pope will withhold her communion as he is Biden's for being pro-abortion? Heh, but they will not get rid of their pedophile priests. SPIT!

Pelosi has hung herself by her own words. I hope her noose chokes her!

she should have been excommunicated decades ago for her stance on abortion.
