Sorry to hear of your job demotion. Good to hear that you still have some sort of position. we are retired and live in Canada, for which I am so very thankful. Hard on the family to be demoted or lose a job. Hang in there, we are pulling for you. But man, it is still a long time before those next elections come along. Good luck to you and yours.

BTW, I've been where you are right now. Back in 1997, I had to leave my place of employment of 18 years. It took me days to clean out my "stuff."
You are going to be fine because you are a fighter and not a whiner. You'll make it. So sorry to hear about it though.
ReplyDeleteBZ - just think of the next office, maybe with a corner window, looking out to mountain peaks, or on a lake... or something, that might be in your future. Just keep dreaming cause it makes dreams come true.
ReplyDeleteIn much the same boat but for different reasons... finally a drug has been released that is going after the worst effects of my catalepsy. It is a major change in energy levels and attention span... I have put off too much since early 2005 due to lack of those things. Now I must play catch-up... hard days ahead, but finally I can actually start putting some plans into my daily schedule.
ReplyDeleteMind you the FDA sat on this due to its LABEL for over a year... gotta love how a proven, safe and effective medication can wait for an idiotic LABEL to be approved by the FDA.
