(in-ep-toc'-ra-cy) - a system of government where the least capable to lead are elected by the least capable of producing, and where the members of society least likely to sustain themselves or succeed, are rewarded with goods and services paid for by the confiscated wealth of a diminishing number of producers.

ObakaKare: THIS Is The Precipice

Bret Baier of Special Report on that horrendous Fox News interviewed Barack Obaka yesterday.

Mr Obaka was chagrined that Baier actually challenged him with questions and would not take everything stated at merely face value. I suspect Mr Obaka may not deign to sit for Fox News again. Please note the video. Also please note the clear filibustering and obfuscation by Mr Obaka.

I submit that is because he simply does not possess answers for the semi-tough questions. Instead he steps back further to reiterate the Large Bullet Points. What a shame. Transcript is here.

I spent the bulk of my day yesterday making phone calls and sending e-mails as indicated in my previous post. I vacillate from hour to hour, but I am not yet convinced that ObakaKare is in fact a Done Deal.

A NATION IN CRISIS:

However, I am completely convinced that we are experiencing an actual historical turning point for the nation, on the order of The New Deal, WWII or the Great Depression. If ObakaKare passes, our nation will never be the same, quite literally.

If ObakaKare passes, the Demorats, Progressives and Leftists will have their sails filled with fresh air and they will feel justified and enabled to enact more nation-destroying bills to include CapNTax, Illegal Invader Amnesty and the takeover of more and greater portions of the private sector. I conclude this by doing what I call the Logical Extension.

My so-called "Logical Extension" is already staring us in our faces, if we but open our eyes. I mentioned it briefly yesterday.

Walgreens drug stores in the state of Washington released a press update indicating their pharmacies won't be accepting any new Medicaid patients, saying that filling their prescriptions is a money-losing proposition — the latest development in an ongoing dispute over Medicaid reimbursement. Reimbursements are less than the break-even point for honoring prescriptions. A business simply cannot operate like that.

That step may lead shortly to other large pharmacy chains such as Longs/CVS and Rite Aid to take similar steps.

The purpose of private business is not to operate at a loss for the alleged "good of the order." If a profit cannot be made, then a private business is in jeopardy of closing or going bankrupt. If that occurs then employees will be laid off. Assets sold. Doors closed.

I realize that, now, you already know where I'm going with this.

Doesn't it sound like the perfect opportunity for a "bailout" from your federal government which, in turn, would likely lead to pharmacies being owned outright by the Fed?

The Fed will own your healthcare. They will own the various pharmaceutical dissemination venues. What will be next?

Do the Logical Extension.

Time to take over Big Pharma. Time to take over the source of pharmaceuticals.

Because, of course, they dare to make actual profits. Time to Borg companies such as Pfizer, GlaxoSmithKline, Novartis, Merck, Eli Lilly and others. Time to subsume them for the "good of the order," eh?

Then, ladies and gentlemen, every floodgate imaginable will be open. There will NO stopping your United States federal government.

Until it crashes. If ObakaKare passes, the federal government WILL crash. And the crash will be worse than you could ever feature. It will not simply jeopardize this nation; oh no. It will jeopardize the entire planet.

You must believe me when I say that your literal future will be determined, shortly, by the Obaka Administration.

The stakes are in fact that high. And I shall keep calling.

Why are you still here? Get going. Make calls. Send e-mails. Let your thoughts be HEARD and KNOWN.

BZ,
I don't have much of a feeling that the Dems will withstand the spell of Obama. He's reduced to begging on his knees and enough of them will cave and take one for the team.

The payoff for them will be in Nov when a lot of them will return to their former meaningless lives of irrelevance. But for now their getting their picture taken with the president. Small people, small rewards.

I think the big news is that a lot of states are making preparations to sue to stop unfunded mandates. It's about time the states get up from their prostrate position in front of the federal government altar and take back their power. The 10th amendment calls.

There's where the real battle will take place and where we can inject some spine into the state reps. The nationals are too faraway and beyond our influence. Power has totally corrupted most of them. Let's hope for a state revolt.

Great post and I admire your stamina. You're a Great American.

First; Brett OWNED Obama in the interview, Obama clearly picked Brett as opposed any of the other Fox journalists because Brett is overshadowed by the rest of them. Obama felt he could handle the "little" guy....NOT.

Obama couldn't answer the questions because there is no answer other than socialism. The underlying plan of the Obama Admin is total government control, socialism, social justice, and a hint of dictatorship...He can't just come out and say it can he?

Second; We have but one hope. The hope is a few Democrats come to their senses and go back on what they obviously have already told Pelosi. Pelosi would not set the bill online, and plan a vote for Sunday if she didn't have the vote. Our next shot is to make EVERYONE that voted for this travesty pay with their job come November. Then the repeal process starts. BUT as long as Obama is pres. it will not get repealed. We are looking at a 2 to 4 step process to undo the damage done by the ignorant Dems.

Third. Do you see the resemblance between Sacramento and DC yet?...It's like looking in the mirror about 20 years ago.

BZ -

Remember the 10th Amendment. States with courageous, smart governors and politicians (is there such a thing) will put it to good use in the days to come.

Bush: you make an EXcellent point. It could be that perhaps Obaka thought he could squeeze beyond the "no name" Fox News dude.

Except that Baier took Obaka to the woodshed, slapped his ass, told everyone in public that he'd slapped Obaka's ass, yet NO ONE would acknowledge that Obaka was a ZERO.

Oh and as far as the Pelosi/Obama/Reid HealthCare package...

CBO: Obamacare Would Cost Over $2 Trillion

The CBO’s most recent analysis is out, and it’s not likely to convince wavering House Democrats to jump to the Obamacare side of the fence. Even the Democrats are granting that the latest version of their proposed health care overhaul would cost $69 billion more than the previous version. According to the CBO, this version would siphon even more money out of Medicare, make even further cuts to Medicare Advantage, and levy even higher taxes and fines on the American people.

President Obama, Speaker Pelosi, and their allies, are cheerfully citing “ten year” costs of $940,000,000,000.00 — apparently believing this to be a far more palatable figure than $1 trillion. But even this colossal tally is like the introductory price quoted by a cell phone provider. It’s the price before you pay for minutes, fees, and overcharges — and before the price balloons after the introductory offer expires.

For a variety of reasons, this tally doesn’t remotely reflect the bill’s real ten-year costs. First, it includes 2010 as the initial year. As most people are well aware, 2010 has now been underway for some time. Therefore, the CBO would normally count 2011 as the first year of its analysis, just as it counted 2010 as the first year when analyzing the initial House health bill in the middle of 2009. But under strict instructions from Democratic leaders, and over strong objections from Republicans, the CBO dutifully scored 2010 as the first year of the latest version of Obamacare. If the clock were started in 2011, the first full year that the bill could possibly be in effect, the CBO says that the bill’s ten-year costs would be $1.2 trillion.

I am sure glad I'm not in the Army anymore. I could never serve under this guy. I can't wait until Mark Levin and his Landmark Legal Foundation unleashes the beast on this moron, and Obama has to explain himself in front of a judge, and a pool of frothing constitutional lawyers. The battle for our freedom is always present, but now is the time where it manifests itself as evil. But just remember, EVERYONE IN DC HAS A PRICE! They all can be bought off BZ.

BD, by the way, what are the rights deemed by our constitution again? Life, liberty, and what again? You are a lazy liberal, who refuses to work for anything. You are a person who has an entitlement issue, and thinks good ol' unkie sam owes you everything. What's next, is a house a right? A car? What else do you want the taxpayers to pay for? Its not you who's paying for it right? Why should you care? Bd, you need to really thing about things logically, not emotionally. Sorry bz, bd is getting on my nerves from his previous comments. Freedom of speech is law, but there are consequences if we say the wrong thing. Bd doesn't understand the idea of personal responsibility. I pity him.

Well the bloodbath begins in Nov. There won't be a democrat elected in any other area than Frisco. I'm betting once the rates climb, the taxes go up, unemployment figures go UP and stock market crashes.. it will be easy to repeal this nightmare, especially since there won't be a libturd left in the house or senate....Thanks Obama, you are the best uniter ever...

Bloviator . . . The country has been divided by two major parties for years, and despite differences we were all of one nation. It was possible to unite behind our elected representatives as we really thought in the last analysis they would "do the right thing" for America.

No more. Ever. The President, his advisors, his cabinet and the Democratic control of the Congress have destroyed our fresh new face among the community of nations.

Not one of the elected representatives that vote for this corrupted Obamacare fiasco (win or lose) should be returned to office. Anytime. Anywhere.

Their vote makes them ineligible to seek any elected office including dog catcher.

Mr Chuck: usually when I enter a comment I get the option to either "preview" or "publish" the comment. You should be able to do that. And the trash can is if YOU want to kill your own comment for whatever reason.

The arrogance of BHO is evident in every interview and speech. I caught some video of the speech he gave at George Mason University yesterday. Demagogue in action! But young people, at least the ones in the GMU audience, don't seem to recognize the tactic.
