Arizona Passes Illegal Immigrant Bill:

And, because this bill could potentially limit the number of new and illegal voters added to the rolls of the Demorats, Mr Obaka can't have the bill stand.

From The Washington Post:

Ariz. governor signs immigration enforcement bill

PHOENIX -- Gov. Jan Brewer ignored criticism from President Barack Obama on Friday and signed into law a bill supporters said would take handcuffs off police in dealing with illegal immigration in Arizona, the nation's busiest gateway for human and drug smuggling from Mexico.

With hundreds of protesters outside the state Capitol shouting that the bill would lead to civil rights abuses, Brewer said critics were "overreacting" and that she wouldn't tolerate racial profiling.

"We in Arizona have been more than patient waiting for Washington to act," Brewer said after signing the law. "But decades of inaction and misguided policy have created a dangerous and unacceptable situation."

Earlier Friday, Obama called the Arizona bill "misguided" and instructed the Justice Department to examine it to see if it's legal. He also said the federal government must enact immigration reform at the national level - or leave the door open to "irresponsibility by others."

"That includes, for example, the recent efforts in Arizona, which threaten to undermine basic notions of fairness that we cherish as Americans, as well as the trust between police and their communities that is so crucial to keeping us safe," Obama said.

The legislation, sent to the Republican governor by the GOP-led Legislature, makes it a crime under state law to be in the country illegally. It also requires local police officers to question people about their immigration status if there is reason to suspect they are illegal immigrants; allows lawsuits against government agencies that hinder enforcement of immigration laws; and makes it illegal to hire illegal immigrants for day labor or knowingly transport them.

The law sends "a clear message that Arizona is unfriendly to undocumented aliens," said Peter Spiro, a Temple University law professor and author of the book "Beyond Citizenship: American Identity After Globalization."

Quite frankly, I think that's a message to make me swoon with joy: all of America should be unfriendly to illegal aliens. "Undocumented" is simply another in a series of PM (Politically Massaged) words whose sole purpose is to undermine the truth.

Here's the real focus of the article:

Anti-immigrant anger has swelled in the past month, after rancher Rob Krentz was found dead on his land north of Douglas, near the Mexico border. Authorities believe he was fatally shot by an illegal immigrant possibly connected to a drug smuggling cartel.

Arizona has an estimated 460,000 illegal immigrants, and its harsh, remote desert serves as the corridor for the majority of illegal immigrants and drugs moving north into the U.S. from Mexico.

U.S. Rep. Raul Grijalva, a Democrat, said he closed his Arizona offices at noon Friday after his staff in Yuma and Tucson were flooded with calls, some from people threatening violent acts and shouting racial slurs. He called on businesses and groups looking for convention and meeting locations to boycott Arizona.

The bill's Republican sponsor, state Rep. Russell Pearce of Mesa, said Obama and other critics of the bill were "against law enforcement, our citizens and the rule of law."

Pearce said the legislation would remove "political handcuffs" from police and help drive illegal immigrants from the state.

"Illegal is illegal," said Pearce, a driving force on the issue in Arizona. "We'll have less crime. We'll have lower taxes. We'll have safer neighborhoods. We'll have shorter lines in the emergency rooms. We'll have smaller classrooms."

Those are real words with truth behind them. Illegal does in fact mean illegal. Words have meanings and consequences. True Conservatives should use real words which have true meanings, not watered-down PM words and phrases.

Our job in America is not to do Mexico's job for itself. Our job is to our job, take care of ourselves first. America First. Americans First. It's no more complicated than that.

Mexico is proving to be a barbaric nation that wants to transfer not only its people but its burgeoning culture of violence to the north. Melanin is immaterial. If the reverse were true of, say, Canada, I would be all for a northern fence and a much large ICE presence there, supported with NG units.

Mr Obaka is about to push the final few inches of the envelope. He is on the cusp of fomenting a revolution himself. But it is not a revolution the likes of which I much believe he will enjoy either personally or politically. He clearly does not know when to stop pushing the American Taxpayer who, generally, is remarkably resilient, remarkably forthright, remarkably good.

But the American Taxpayer does have an actual limit to "change," as there appears to be a purposeful removal of "hope" by the current administration.

Our own domestic Non-Producers want their Free Cheese; this attitude has now been encouraged and supported by the Demorats to this point:

Guatemalan Vice President Rafael Estrada said the law "is a step back for those migrants who have fought" for their rights. Guatemala's Foreign Relations Department decried the measure in a statement saying "it threatens basic notions of justice."

Here is what a 13-year-old says about American laws and enforcement:

It's going to change our lives," said Emilio Almodovar, a 13-year-old American citizen from Phoenix. "We can't walk to school any more. We can't be in the streets anymore without the pigs thinking we're illegal immigrants."

Focus in on this, America:

- Migrants who have "fought for their rights"?
- Our laws threaten "basic notions of justice"?

No. What this means is that the DOOR to the FREE CHEESE is in the process of closing.

Let me make something abundantly clear:

Illegal aliens should have no rights in America. They are not citizens. We have laws on the books; we are a nation of laws. These laws already indicate that being present in America without the blessing of the nation is an illegal act. The result is deportation to the originating country. No nation can stand with open borders and still continue to function efficiently.

Those legal Americans and illegal immigrants who keep pushing for their Free Cheese, and Mr Obaka: keep pushing.

You are so not going to care for the eventual results.

Didn't it give you shivers to see a governor sign a bill into law and obama announces it's MISGUIDED and orders his thugs to look into it? Does he ever EVER give a damn about THE AMERICAN PEOPLE? EVER?

I can't look at Obama anymore, and the way he couches the infuriating actions of illegals as if they have more rights than we do...we should be NICER than we are (rubbish).
What do people think ILLEGAL means? Apparently, it means "come into America, have a baby here and stay and they'll pay for everything, too!"
And, I'm a first and second generation of LEGAL immigrants so I know....And none (Zero) of my people took welfare...my great aunt had to go into an orphanage for a short time when my great grandmother suddenly died and Greatgrandpa had his hands full with the other kids, but after that...BIG Success in my family and grandpa came at 9 yrs old with no English. (and her brother, my grandfather never got over her having to have been in there, either..never)
Hispanics can do it when they come legally, too...why do libs think they're so stupid? Oh, ya....they'll vote for THEM :-)

I suppose Mr Obaka thinks his federal powers arise from DC, not from the states, and not from the CONSENT of the governed.

Have you, Z, EVER been witness to a more ARROGANT, obtuse, IGNORANT and destructive administration?

OF COURSE. Make NO mistake:

It. Is. ALL. About.

THE.

VOTE.

BZ, great post my friend. That's all I can really say. The people in AZ's office said it best. Illegal is illegal. I wonder why Washington has had such trouble understanding this concept? Ahh, that's right. VOTES!

Exactly, BZ.

He has picked a scab, and the patient is finally beginning to be tired of the "thousand cuts".
Even the lame-stream media is beginning to turn on him.
I LOVE summer, but November cannot come soon enough!

Young Emilio Almodovar wouldn't be called a "pig" and thought to be illegal if illegals weren't everywhere. I emailed my Reps and Senators and asked them to object every time the word "immigration" is used on the House or Senate floor, actually meaning "illegal aliens." My position is that a lie doesn't belong in the congressional or senate records.

Obama's speech about the Arizona law has topped my most despicable speech of his, and believe me, that takes some doing. Now he has called the Civil Rights Div. out to see if they are violating Civil Rights. These are the same people that dismissed the New Black Panthers voting case.

This is a powerful post BZ. I'm putting it in a round-up.

Morning Blo . . Your best post ever. Laws should not be broken. If they are bad laws they should be changed or erased. America is a nation of laws . . . even if our President doesn't like 'em.
