Bloviating Zeppelin: Our Borders: Out Of Control

Bloviating Zeppelin

(in-ep-toc'-ra-cy) - a system of government where the least capable to lead are elected by the least capable of producing, and where the members of society least likely to sustain themselves or succeed, are rewarded with goods and services paid for by the confiscated wealth of a diminishing number of producers.

Our Borders: Out Of Control

The killings of law enforcement officers, in the US border states, is out of control:

Law enforcement officials from the Arizona counties hardest hit by illegal immigration say they want U.S. troops to help secure the border, to prevent the deaths of more officers at the hands of criminals who enter the country illegally.

“We’ve had numerous officers that have been killed by illegal immigrants in Arizona,” Pinal County Sheriff Paul Babeu said Monday at a Capitol Hill news conference. “And that shouldn’t happen one time.”

Babeu said the violence in Arizona has reached “epidemic proportions” and must be stopped. “In just one patrol area, we’ve had 64 pursuits — failure to yield for an officer — in one month,” Babeu said. “That’s out of control.”

(Reuters) - Arizona lawmakers passed a controversial immigration bill on Monday requiring police in the state that borders Mexico to determine if people are in the United States illegally, a measure critics say is open to racial profiling.

Lawmakers in the Arizona Senate voted 17 to 11 to approve the bill, widely regarded as the toughest measure yet taken by any U.S. state to curb illegal immigration.

PHOENIX -- The Arizona House on Monday voted for a provision that would require President Barack Obama to show his birth certificate if he hopes to be on the state's ballot when he runs for reelection.

The House voted 31-22 to add the provision to a separate bill. The measure still faces a formal vote.

It would require U.S. presidential candidates who want to appear on the ballot in Arizona to submit documents proving they meet the constitutional requirements to be president. Phoenix Democratic Rep. Kyrsten Sinema said the bill is one of several measures that are making Arizona "the laughing stock of the nation."

Mesa Republican Rep. Cecil Ash said he has no reason to doubt Obama's citizenship but supports the measure because it could help end doubt.

Looks to me like Arizona is plotting an independent path that other states should begin to emulate immediately.

Just wait for the lawsuits by the ACLU, the protests by La-Raza and the liberpukes crying about fascism...

Funny thing though, I haven't seen any protests about the killing of LEO's or the murder of ranchers by these illegal scum...

Arizona is becoming the most AMERICAN place left in this nation and I would expect soon to be turning around their fortunes. More folks will move there to escape the tyranny of Cal and NY. And with them will come revenue for the state.

I agree, BZ. We need more moves like these.

And I love the birth certificate requirement. We need to make that a federal law.

AZ seems to be leading in a LOT of good ways these days...what do you think of THAT information in the above link?
I think the legislation you post is important....but we need to really penalize those who hire illegals, too..with jail sentences.

If that's not a GOOD reason to call out the National Guard, I don't know what is...

And wby can't we do that here in south Fl? With Casto only 80 miles away, the go fast boats, huge amounts of human trafficking, and a pirate or two every once in a while, should make us a candidate for that kind of security. Oh, and not to mention the Mobs heavy influence here for the past 50 years! I'm jealous of AZ right now. Too bad old libby sheep in wolfs clothing Charlie Crist (gub na) didn't think of that to help us. Instead, we have parasitic yankees (aka SNOW BIRDS) who come down for a few months out of the year, and create a huge clientele for the floating casinos that the mob runs. Plus, all of the Cuban political correctness we have to have in order to live here. Fun fun fun

The new law is intended to force national I.D.s on citizens.

It is just more of the Freemason baloney in Arizona.

Senator Pearce was told to use this mechanism for citizen checks:

Require all people applying for Driver Licenses or State I.D.s to furnish a certified copy of their Birth Certificate before recieving their documents. Cross checks of documentation could be made by independant agencies to root out organized crime activity.

All people enrolling school children be required to bring along the child's parent's Certified Birth Certificates.

All people seeking public assistance be required to provide certified copies of Birth certificates for all household and 'separate household' members.

At this time, corrupt workers can give driver license and State I.D.s to illegals with the cash.

The local police see a driver license, they stop right there. Pancho gets no further check.

This law was motivated by the same things that motivate all Freemasons; their hatred of God and His Christ.

Eventually, we will get things done right here in Arizona. It's just difficult with all the bigots in the way.

Arizona is two billion dollars in the hole and getting more broke by the day.

We call that falling into the outhouse and singing opera so nobody will notice you're covered (and full) with crap.

Anybody that takes our J.D. Hayworth bunch of politicians serious is in need of medication.

At this point it is not 'just' about immigration.

This is part of building a case. And it is being built bit by bit... slowly but surely.
