(in-ep-toc'-ra-cy) - a system of government where the least capable to lead are elected by the least capable of producing, and where the members of society least likely to sustain themselves or succeed, are rewarded with goods and services paid for by the confiscated wealth of a diminishing number of producers.

And On The International Front, For Mr Obaka To Consider:

Two nations, North Korea and Iran, did much sabre-rattling at the end of this week.

My guess would be that, in response, Mr Obaka will publicly opine that he is both "concerned" and "monitoring the situation." When Mr Obaka knows no response, he "monitors" and expresses "concern."

First, NoKo:

SEOUL, South Korea (AP) - Tensions deepened Thursday on the Korean peninsula as South Korea accused North Korea of firing a torpedo that sank a naval warship, killing 46 sailors in the country's worst military disaster since the Korean War.

President Lee Myung-bak vowed "stern action" for the provocation following the release of long-awaited results from a multinational investigation into the March 26 sinking near the Koreas' tense maritime border. North Korea, reacting swiftly, called the results a fabrication, and warned that any retaliation would trigger war. It continued to deny involvement in the sinking of the warship Cheonan.

"If the (South Korean) enemies try to deal any retaliation or punishment, or if they try sanctions or a strike on us .... we will answer to this with all-out war," Col. Pak In Ho of North Korea's navy told broadcaster APTN in an exclusive interview in Pyongyang.

An international civilian-military investigation team said evidence overwhelmingly proves a North Korean submarine fired a homing torpedo that caused a massive underwater blast that tore the Cheonan apart. Fifty-eight sailors were rescued from the frigid Yellow Sea waters, but 46 perished.

Since the 1950-53 war on the Korean peninsula ended in a truce rather than a peace treaty, the two Koreas remain locked in a state of war and divided by the world's most heavily armed border.

The truce prevents Seoul from waging a unilateral military attack.

However, South Korea and the U.S., which has 28,500 troops on the peninsula, could hold joint military exercises in a show of force, said Daniel Pinkston, a Seoul-based analyst for the International Crisis Group think tank.

South Korean and U.S. officials also said they are considering a variety of options in response to the warship's sinking, ranging from U.N. Security Council action to additional U.S. penalty.

Then, from Iran:

Mahmoud Ahmadinejad's chief of staff, Esfandiar Rahim Mashaei, said Wednesday that if Israel attacked Iran it would be destroyed within a week.

Speaking at a political conference of ultra-conservatives in Iran's north, Mashaei said, "If the Zionist regime attacks Iran, the Zionists will have no longer than a week to live."

The semi-official Fars news agency quoted him as saying that the Islamic Republic would destroy Israel "in less than 10 days".

Mashaei, who was also formerly a vice president, added that new sanctions to be imposed on Iran for its nuclear program would only harm Western countries.

Best course? Do nothing. Say nothing -- except "monitoring" with "concern."

Voting 'present' will get you seen as weak and embolden those who hate you. This is not the way to bring any form of peace to the world, but war. It isn't just America that remains silent, but large numbers of countries that now operate in disdain for the US and forget that opposing America is not the same as securing peace... or prosperity.

This is not wisdom at work.

It is cowardice and a welcoming of conflict to expand in the world.

We shall pay for that.

So shall the world.

"OBAKA" is an arab, and a poser.
Like an emperor with no shoes.
He poses as an intellect, but in reality, does not have the gravitas to shine my shoes.

Obama can now only count the days until he is replaced. Watching his valued comrades lose in elections, with more of this looming ahead, he reaches out to Mexico's president for assurances, but instead gets more egg on his face.
The Tea Party swarm of voters gets larger every day, and is Obaka's incurable death in politics.

There are a 'number' of things going on in the background that are NOT getting made public, suffice to say NK is scared to death of the ROK take over of control of the defense of the Korean Peninsula from the US...

I wish they would show a picture of George Bush, reading the news papers...

While he helped to create some of this mess, this idiot has improved on the destruction 20 fold in a quarter of the time....

When Europe no longer sees strength in America, when the enemies of freedom no longer fear the free, and when allies are left fending for themselves on the world stage....Hell hath cometh to the planet.

World war 3 could break out within a week, and Obama will be monitoring the situation until 2012...
The real problem is; all the things that were "BUSH's fault" have been "Corrected" by Obama's policies by now, so any failures are on his head. AND failing they are a rapid clip.

But, Bushwack, he'll STILL place the fault at the foot of Bush. I'm sure you've noticed Obaka has taken responsibility for nothing.

It's actually par for the course. Both Clinton and the second Bush flddled while Rome burned and did little to stop Iran and NK's nuclear war programs.

And yes, I think Obama will do worse. At least Bush had the courage to tell it like it was on the Axis of Evil, even if he never did much about NK or Iran.
