(in-ep-toc'-ra-cy) - a system of government where the least capable to lead are elected by the least capable of producing, and where the members of society least likely to sustain themselves or succeed, are rewarded with goods and services paid for by the confiscated wealth of a diminishing number of producers.

Salvadoran Found Guilty In Murder Of Chandra Levy:

But what didn't you read about the suspect?

The so-called "cartoon" says it all.

You want to really influence our national security, DC? More effectively than forcing innocent five-year-old boys to take off their shirts in public?

SECURE OUR BORDERS.

P.S.

THIS JUST IN:

Mr Obama and his administration are bound and determined to bring our transportation system to a complete halt. From The Hill:

Next step for body scanners could be trains, boats, metro

The next step in tightened security could be on U.S. public transportation, trains and boats.

Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano says terrorists will continue to look for U.S. vulnerabilities, making tighter security standards necessary.

“[Terrorists] are going to continue to probe the system and try to find a way through,” Napolitano said in an interview that aired Monday night on "Charlie Rose."

“I think the tighter we get on aviation, we have to also be thinking now about going on to mass transit or to trains or maritime. So, what do we need to be doing to strengthen our protections there?”

Of course, that will go over so well. All Liberals will lovingly submit to their own daily detailed shakedowns. Who needs aliens and anal probes? We have the TSA.

they simply want to ruin the country, there's no other way of looking at it. Imagine the Metro? Everyone lined up?
Did you see Ticker's idea for security at my place, you'll laugh you head off like I did! (I made a whole post out of his comment:-)

Did you say you have to work on Thanksgiving? Well, I wish you a happy day, I'm thankful to know you! xx z

Sorry Z, the GOP got here first.

Let's not forget the Former Secretary of State Michale Chertoff hawked these machines when the policy went in place during the Bush administration and he has made millions.

It's so obvious you all are righty parrots who will bitch about anything Obama does. If he stops this, you'd be claiming he's making us less safe.

I live in the D.C. area, and the story of the trial of the murderer of Chandra Levy has been all over the news.

Napolitano is going to see it that those damned scanners are installed everywhere. Al Qaeda is laughing at us. See THIS.

Z: again, another reason I live where I do. The larger the population center in which you reside, the fewer rights you have, the less privacy you have. TSA simply refuses to do the obvious, so I simply will not fly. There's no mandate in my personal life that I fly ever again, actually. No one lives on the Right Coast that I HAVE to visit. So, for me, I couldn't care less if I never fly again. It's "nice to," not "have to."

And true: if you apply these intrusive searches to daily commuters on common carriers, you'll clog the system to the point where employers in large cities will -- well, I don't know what they'll do. Flex hours, flex shifts, flex days? That's their problem, not mine.

And yes, I'm working all day tomorrow. Bummer.

NFO: you'll notice, however, the media and TSA are trumpeting their triumph: lines are not clogged. The "protests" had "no affect." All was well. Why might that be? Oh yes, perhaps because FEWER people chose to fly?

WSF: better yet, use your noodle.

AOW: then why is it, I ask, two things: 1) that Israel hasn't scanners at all bus stops, common routes, etc? And 2) why is it that ILLEGAL invaders crossing our southern border experience NO such invasive procedures, yet LEGAL citizens experience damned near a proctological examination?

I'll check that link, thank you.

All of this to go after bombs, devices, weapons.

What they should be going after is the people who use these things.

Too bad that requires using your head, common sense and 'profiling'. These things work, the junk being used to abuse the populace do not and are authoritarian in nature.
