What most Americans in Congress who're giving our money don't seem to understand is that those foreign countries getting our money will NEVER like us, most of their citizens don't even know they're getting money from us, as if it WAS an entitlement!, and we need to stop.

WE give foreign aid to VENEZUELA and RUSSIA? that says it all, no?
