Bloviating Zeppelin: House Approves $1.2 TRILLION Dollar Deficit

(in-ep-toc'-ra-cy) - a system of government where the least capable to lead are elected by the least capable of producing, and where the members of society least likely to sustain themselves or succeed, are rewarded with goods and services paid for by the confiscated wealth of a diminishing number of producers.

House Approves $1.2 TRILLION Dollar Deficit

Your "Blueprint for Disaster" is on its way, courtesy of the Obama Administration. And split roughly along party lines:

WASHINGTON (AP) - The Democratic-controlled House approved a budget blueprint drawn to President Barack Obama's specifications Thursday and the Senate hastened to follow suit after administration allies rejected alternatives from liberals and conservatives alike.

The vote in the House was 233-196, largely along party lines, for a $3.6 trillion plan that includes a deficit of $1.2 trillion.

Because, as the Republicans point out, the obvious is never within the grasp of Demorats:

Republicans in both houses accused Democrats of drafting plans that would hurt the recession-ravaged economy in the long run, rather than help it, and saddle future generations with too much debt.

To you and me, these are called facts in evidence.

You wanted it America, you're getting it: all the Social Engineering that's fit to come goose-stepping right up to your door shortly.

"...roughly split along party lines." So much for the end of partisanship.

The Democraps screamed for 8 years of Bush about his deficit spending hurting the economy. Interesting that they will be quadrupling the federal deficit.

Miss Shore is exactly right. They whined, moaned and had hysterics over Bush's spending, then they turn around and spend more than all the presidents of the US combined! I wish I knew how we're going to deal with this mess... if it can even be dealt with!

Note how gleeful these Dems are -- as they sell America down the river.

And where is the Republican outcry? Are the media not covering the outcry, or are the Republicans afraid of the populism which seems to be in control nowadays?

MTCS: you win the AWARD for concluding the OBVIOUS -- likely not a massive drain on your personal brain cells yet so FAR beyond the capability of most Demorats as to be unreachable. And despite that, you drew your conclusion in, what, a few meagre seconds? Why -- that would be because you possess COMMON SENSE.

Thank you for visiting, and thank you for taking the time to comment!

TF: I feared that result but, being of stolid stuff, I forged ahead anyway!

Gayle: and yet -- there is a smidgen of hope to be seen. . .

AOW: unfortunately, there is a LOT of that on the media side, and some of it on the Republican side.

I'm with TexasFred...I couldn't look.

This woman thinks it's only FAIR illegals get the same lifestyle all AMERICANS have.

The Republicans seem to be as into this ONE WORLD ORDER brought on by America's economic collapse as the Dems are or WHY ELSE ARE THEY ROLLING OVER AND PLAYING DEAD?

Everett Dirkson (long time ago Senator) once said "A billion here and a billion there and pretty soon you're into real money>" Our new folks have substituted trillion for billion, and still haven't figured out what is real money. (Of course they figure that if worst comes to worst -and it will- they can just print more.)
