Napolitano: Canada's The Border Problem

I swear to God, every day brings a brand new (or a recurring) Obama Administration idiot to light.

US Department of Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano stated in a recent interview:

Yes, Canada is not Mexico, it doesn't have a drug war going on, it didn't have 6,000 homicides that were drug-related last year," she said.

"Nonetheless, to the extent that terrorists have come into our country or suspected or known terrorists have entered our country across a border, it's been across the Canadian border. There are real issues there."

When asked if she was talking about the 9-11 perpetrators, Napolitano replied: "Not just those but others as well."

Now, the Obama Administration says it's just a teensy mitsake.

I live about 90 minutes from the border. There is actually a lot of unguarded forests on that border, but I have heard of quite a bit of surveillence being done with hidden cameras and infared vision. Got no idea if it's true or not.

One thing I do know is that we don't have very many illegal Canadians here in the U.S., but we certainly DO have a shit load of illegal Mexicans. So you tell me, which border is the biggest problem??!!; Wed Apr 22, 11:59:00 PM PDT

After the halfrican wins, gently remind him that hey, you live in a border state, you know LOTS about Homeland Security - in fact, you've been slashing at people who want to actually enforce those types of laws for years!

Once in office, use your new bully pulpit to beat on your old rivals for actually doing their jobs, since they poo-pooed you while you where only the governor, and get Congress to investigate them as a bonus.
