Bloviating Zeppelin: Heated, Vitriolic Rhetoric?

Bloviating Zeppelin

(in-ep-toc'-ra-cy) - a system of government where the least capable to lead are elected by the least capable of producing, and where the members of society least likely to sustain themselves or succeed, are rewarded with goods and services paid for by the confiscated wealth of a diminishing number of producers.

Heated, Vitriolic Rhetoric?

Jared Lee Loughner was motivated by politics and blogs and Fox News and Sarah Palin and Rush Limbaugh and me. Clearly.

Because, after all, Leftists have never embraced high-decibel vitriolic rhetoric at all -- have they? And moreover, in voices that could shatter glass? Never! Leftists are continually cool, calm, controlled, dispassionate, avuncular, all-understanding . . .

No. Of course not.

Not at all.

From Hillary:

• I'm sick and tired of people who say that if you debate and disagree with this administration, somehow you're not patriotic. We need to stand up and say we're Americans, and we have the right to debate and disagree with any administration.

In this instance, Hillary, I am with you.

And finally, let us not allow the facts to get in the way of Leftist memes and agendas. Loughner's friend, Zach Osler, recently said:

He did not watch TV. He disliked the news. He didn’t listen to political radio. He didn’t take sides. He wasn’t on the left. He wasn’t on the right.

But hey; this guy was obviously paid-off by Rupert Murdoch, right?

Because, unfortunately, George Soros didn't get to him "first."

But hey, that's okay, because Leftists have locked into a narrative and the facts be damned.

Further, film Director Spike Lee in his film "Do The Right Thing" has it culminate in a deadly race riot.

But despite that, he is remarkably ignorant when he appeared on Wednesday's Today Show to promote his new children's book, but couldn't leave without blaming the NRA for the Gabrielle Giffords shooting and slamming the United States of America for being "the most violent country in the history of civilization."

That's right: the US is "the most violent country in the history of civilization." Because it enringed hundreds of thousands of slaves to labor in massive heat to build the pyramids. Because, like the Mayans, it sacrificed thousands and thousands of persons on an altar of blood. Because it had its own Inquisition on the nation's soil. Because it eliminated millions of people as did Hitler and Stalin and Mao Tse Dung.

Because it fought for the entire planet in WWI. And because it fought for the planet in WWII. And Korea. And Vietnam. And Afghanistan. And Iraq. And it annexed and kept NONE of those countries and not ONE ACRE for having done so.

The only acreage it annexed: more sites in Arlington and privately around the country.

P.S.
Damn. I am so sorry that Ramirez seems to create cartoons for Conservatives and, further, that I post them here. I mean, after all, Michael Ramirez seems to be a traitor to his Hispanically-oriented last-name roots and all, and, displaying his wares here, I must be a racist as well, buying into his blindered and racist leanings. Except that he is neither racist nor hindered. He merely, via his facile pen, points out the obvious. Imagine that.

What the Progressives dislike most is being critiqued. They genuinely don't "get it". I am around a lot of them due to a close relationship with one. Kind of a big head, little head, issue.

I believe we must keep trying to talk to each other even when it seems a waste of time.

What really sets them off is the idea people will take up arms to fight their agenda. They truly believe they are benevolent.

BZ, your analogy of us fighting in WW2 is pure speculation. And the only reason we fought Japan was because we were racist. We fought Germany because they were cutting in on our action. Damn don't you read the new version of history written by current professors?

I'm waiting for your resident troll to chime it, I'm sure he'll agree with you.. Hahahha.

We are a violent nation. WHY? Why must we "Cling to our guns?

Let me tell you why it's pretty simple: Crime and punishment.

Our judicial system has become a joke, we don't "Rehab" criminals. We don't permanently remove them from society. We (Liberals) have made it more important that the criminal is treated well and their rights are held up to the highest level, than to uphold the victims rights. We don't use the death penalty and if we do it's going to sleep it's not a deterrent it's peaceful ending compared to the victims.

Then on top of all that we reduce the number of PD on the streets, we try to legislate the guns off the streets but the criminals keep getting them. Then we keep our borders open so criminals can come in, kill and leave.

Oh and then when Cops do bust a criminal and they use a bit too much force (Like slamming them on the hood of a car) they get reprimanded and criticized in the media...

Why do we need guns? because the ACLU and ignorant liberpukes have succeeded in removing any deterrent in crime. They have succeeded in dumbing down our education system thus creating more prison dwellers, who go in and get better educated in the ways of crime and then get out better and stronger... Way to go...

WSF: BH, LH -- quite true. Their dicks do more thinking than their brains. Given.

Moreover, and sadder, is that they believe EVERYone is benevolent and only inspired to TALK, not ACT.

Bush: true, entirely speculative. Not proven in fact at all, only by the merest of heresay and poor heresay at that. Not documented at all.

Number of LE? Just wait, you haven't reached dead bottom yet.

What if you called 911 and people came when they felt like it? When it was budgetarily convenient? Or they responded when they could accrue sufficient people? In an hour or a day? If at all?

That's coming.

BZ, Personally I'd love to live in a world where we didn't LEO's. I'd love to live in a world where (common sense laws)laws were followed by the masses and no enforcement was needed. Let me know when such a place is located.

Excellent post!
For the past few days, I have been posting about this with other Conservative Posters, and the lefty/Progressive bloggers have been calling ME crazy for the posts I wrote until it came out that this LUNATIC had NO political beliefs but was a LUNATIC and nothing else but a LUNATIC .
And the sheriff that thinks he is a political genius is nothing more than a phoney, fraud and a fake as well. Some Sleuth, he even failed to mention the fact that he himself had made over 10 visits to the Shooters home for Drug and Violence reasons. How come these Leftist idiots are so swift to either change or omit the facts when they are guilty. Why wasn’t there any mention of this sheriff’s ineptness, incompetence, and negligence off omitting facts? ...He sure knew how to put the blaming on people who were completely innocent , and somehow forgot to mention that the lunatic shooter had NO political persuasion

Regardless if you believe it motivated the killer or not, do you condemn the violent rhetoric used by Palin and others on the right for the past two years or do you feel it's OK to advocate or even suggest assassination in political ads and discourse? It's a yes or no question. Very simple.

db: I guess you just don't read the posts at all, do you? That question has been answered time and time and time and time and time and time again and again and again in my blog and in the Blogosphere and in the media. Did you NOT hear or read that Your President agrees the man was a nutjob and there is no causal link to political bent? That was actually a great speech he made. But I guess you don't listen to him either.

When I hear Leftists mention "civility" everyone now knows it's LeftSpeak for NO dissension. And isn't it odd that when the Left speak or write of "civility" it comes attached to a loss of freedom in some fashion?

Strange, that.

Wait a sec!

No one takes the Roman Empire from the #1 violence spot... they had blood sports from people fighting wild beasts to gladiators to feeding Christians to lions! Plus conquering North Africa, the Middle East, what would become their great parking lot of losers we know as the Balkans, the Gauls.... they burned down, ploughed over and salted the earth at Carthage so that you can still find the salted earth to this day.

You can barely tell what we did to Hiroshima and Nagasaki, but Rome took down other civilizations.

As a past-time.

After them it is China both Imperial and Maoist... Mao's 60 million dead of his own people really goes beyond what the US has EVER done.

Then Stalin's USSR.

Then NSDAP Germany under Hitler.

Then Pol Pot.

Everything the US has done from World Wars to the native population pales in comparison.

The Left can't even bother to learn history... we are the pikers in the way of violence and they should be damned glad we are as there wouldn't be a planet left if we had Roman style ideas with thermonuclear devices. But do we get any credit at all?
