April 29 (Bloomberg) -- President Barack Obama plans to announce tomorrow that Chrysler LLC will be placed into Chapter 11 bankruptcy, leading to an alliance with Italian automaker Fiat SpA, people involved in the matter said.

Fiat controlling Jeep. Kind brings a new probability to being stuck further out. Now not only the ability for you to get all 4 stuck but the probability the thing will just quit on you even if you arent stuck in the mud.
Maybe some Chrysler "quality" will pervade Fiat.
